Following the deaths of three civil servant aspirants in Old Rajender Nagar in July, the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) closed Drishti IAS, one of the biggest coaching institutes in Mukherjee Nagar, and forced it to relocate to Noida.

Because of the declining infrastructure and lack of upgrades in the West Delhi neighborhood, several other coaching centers are also thinking about following suit.

Many owners of coaching centers, small business owners, landlords, and aspirants are living in fear while courses are still suspended. Given that many of them have already moved to places like Karol Bagh and Wazirabad, even students are concerned.
