The roadmap for the next Special Campaign 4.0 was discussed during a preparatory meeting recently, chaired by Sanjay Javin, Secretary, Department of School Education & Literacy. The emphasis has not only been on cleaning and greening surroundings but also on time-bound grievance redressal and pendency reduction.
During the meeting, Secretary Javin highlighted that the department was committed to standards of public service delivery. The review included in detail a discussion on initiatives taken by the department and its autonomous bodies to encourage both cleanliness and efficiency of operations.
This includes the Special Campaign 4.0 to be launched soon, driving improvements in all institutions associated with the Department of School Education & Literacy. This forward movement strengthens the commitment of the government towards sustainable development and continuous improvement in mechanisms for delivering public services.
These areas of focus would have the goal to deliver results that are positive and toward a promise of contributing to an efficient, accountable, and eco-friendly environment.
