In a giant step towards universal literacy, the Goa First Literacy National Aptitude Test (FLNAT) was conducted on July 14, 2024, under ULLAS-Nav Bharat Saaksharta Karyakram by the state of Goa itself. This historic event saw the coming together of learners from 9 talukas in this examination conducted in schools, panchayat halls, and community centers.
