IGNOU Extends July 2024 Fresh Admission, Re-Registration Date

The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has further extended the last date for applying for fresh admission in all courses and re-registration under the online and ODL mode to July 2024. The new deadline is July 31, 2024.Interested and eligible candidates can log on to the official website of IGNOU at ignou.ac.in to register themselves for new ODL and online mode courses.Documents Required for Applying Admission in IGNOU Before the registration for the fresh admission respective candidature, a student should have the followings documents:-Scanned Passport size photo (less than 100 KB Scanned Signature image (less than 100 KB)Scanned documents of education qualification Scanned copy of experience certificate (if any)Scanned copy of Category Certificate, if applicable (SC, ST, OBC).

The candidate is to note that his photograph and signature documents are to be of files less than 100 KB of size, and the other aforementioned documents should not have a size more than 200 KB. The scanned files are to be taken from the original documents.Fee Payment and Refund Policy This fee payment can be completed online using credit cards and debit cards. Here, most students are advised to keep a soft copy of their application and successfully paid fee for further purposes.Under other exceptions, If a candidate applies for the cancellation of his/her enrollment in the programs after 60 days from the closing of the admission portal, the paid fee will not be refunded.If a candidate makes online payment, which is not processed, wait for a day, check the status of the payment, and then decide on making a second payment.
