Tuyas by Copa has burst onto the culinary scene this monsoon 2024, by curating a street food-inspired menu with an innovative twist to each dish by Chef Rahul Punjabi. This spot is more than just a restaurant; it’s an eclectic blend of Indian flavours & styles with a comforting desi touch. The menu will be available all day at Tuya’s by Copa, starting from 20th July until 31st August 2024.
Dive into this exquisite monsoon menu with a unique take on all the dishes taken by Chef to serve every patron walking in the restaurant for a good monsoon craving mood. Chef Rahul Punjabi quotes “The rains of Mumbai bring with it a nip in the air and temperatures drop. There’s nothing more comforting than the street food classics and monsoon warmers like Pakodas, Barbecued Bhutta or a piping hot bowl of Cheese / Masala Maggi. Our inspiration for this menu was to bring the comfort of the streets from all parts of India into our beautiful dining room and serve these foods in a hygienic environment, along with our signature Tuya’s flair! You will see North Indian dishes like Pindi Chole, Eastern Indian dishes like Manipuri Singju, South Indian dishes like Bonda & Peanut Chutney alongside our Juhu Beach street side favourites.”
Every dishes comes from the different cities street food with a unique twist, naming the dishes like Street Style Baby Bhutta, Batata Vada Mochi, Kala Khatta Explosion, Cheddar Cheese Maggi, Dal Pakwan Tart, Bread Pakoda, Chinese Bhel, Chicken Pakora with Silbatta Chutney, Avocado Edamame and Truffle Sev Puri, Cutting chai and many more dishes.
