Share

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar inaugurated the biggest examination complex Bapu Pariksha Parisar in Kumhrar, Patna. The examination complex has a seating capacity of about 25,000 examinees. It is a one-of-a-kind examination hall with modern arrangements for the smooth functioning of examinations. The main building consists of 2 blocks, each efficiently equipped with CCTV cameras, cell phone jammers, and webcasting facilities to prevent the use of unfair means. This setup is suitable for both online and offline modes of examinations.

While inaugurating the complex, the CM also announced the launch of the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) work plan for the second phase of reforms. Free residential coaching and free non-residential coaching have been inaugurated by the CM in the other 8 divisions for medical and engineering students, as well as teachers of the BSEB. As part of the second phase reforms, more examination halls will be set up in the remaining 29 districts, working towards improving various other examination systems as well.
