Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK), in collaboration with Emeritus, announced today a comprehensive 12-month Chief Operations Officer (COO) program designed to nurture the next generation of high-impact operations leaders. Scheduled to commence on December 29, 2024, this immersion program is designed for aspiring and evolving COOs as well as other senior operations leaders wanting to strengthen their capabilities in areas critical to today’s business environment. This programme is designed as a multi-faceted learning experience with live online lectures by IIM Kozhikode faculty; the two specially crafted modules from the Kellogg Executive Education; and the three-day in-person campus experience at IIM Kozhikode. During the entire course, practical experience will be delivered through capstone projects that are led by IIMK faculty and through the participants’ completing business simulations and other practical exercises that replicate real-world operational problems. The courses through Kellogg expose participants to a worldwide environment, which helps train and equip them with actual application in various contexts of industries.

The COO program graduates will receive a certificate of completion from IIM Kozhikode and an additional digital certification by Kellogg Executive Education.
