Rajasthan CET 2024: Exam Dates Set, Admit Cards Available

The Rajasthan Staff Selection Commission, RSMSSB, has released officially the examination dates of Rajasthan Common Eligibility Test at the 12th level. The test has been scheduled to be held on October 22, 23, and 24, 2024. Those candidates who have planned to appear for the exam can download the admit card from the official website of RSMSSB rsmssb.rajasthan.gov.in.
Applicants must download the admit card by application number and such other details that are called in the process. This year, CET will be conducted in two shifts. The first shift will take place between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. In contrast, the second shift will take place from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
How to Download the Rajasthan CET Admit Card?
Candidates can follow the easy steps below to undergo a very smooth process of downloading.
Step 1: Open the official website of RSMSSB rsmssb.rajasthan.gov.in or recruitment.rajasthan.gov.in.
Step 2: Scroll down and click on the “Admit Card Section.”
Step 3: Now in a new window, select “Common Eligibility Test (12th Level) 2024.”
Step 4: Click “Get Admit Card” on the right side of the page
Step 5: Key in the username, password, and displayed captcha.
Step 6: Now download and take a printout of your Rajasthan CET 12th Level Admit Card 2024.
Pattern and Marks Scheme
Rajasthan CET is a test of a total of 150 multiple choice questions of different subjects including geography, history, culture, along with current events of Rajasthan. Most importantly, there is no penalty for an incorrect answer. The exam will be based on 300 marks. Scheduled caste or tribe candidates must score at least 35% marks for passing in the RSMSSB CET 2024, whereas other backward class candidates and economically weaker sections candidates must attain 40%.
Eligibility Criteria
To get eligible for the Rajasthan CET, candidates need to be in between the age range of 18 to 40 years. There is a relaxation in terms of age based on the categories of the candidates. Candidates who wish to apply for the 12th level CET must possess a diploma certificate issued from the recognized board. On the other hand, candidates aiming to get into the Rajasthan CET Graduate Level have to be the pass-out of a graduation course issued by an institution, which needs to be followed and approved by either the UGC or the AICTE.
Overview of Rajasthan CET
The CET is a common entrance test for the availability of various government positions in the state of Rajasthan. The notable positions obtained through such tests are those of the Rajasthan Forest Subordinate Service, Rajasthan Minority Affairs Subordinate Service, and Rajasthan Secretariat Ministerial Service, such as Forester, Hostel Superintendent, Clerk Grade-II, Junior Assistant, Jamadar Grade II, and Constable.
With the dates of the examination approaching, candidates are called upon to download their admit cards in time and to work hard for the examination.
