The course itself will be broken down into five live training sessions, each carefully crafted to provide fully detailed insight into the intricacies of the new legal framework. Upon closing this online training, successful participants will be invited to take up rigorous multiple-choice-based assessments scheduled on August 16-17, 2024.
Now, as far as the financial investment for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity is concerned, the structure of fees regarding tuition has been finalized at Rs 3,000 plus 18 percent GST.
These courses have their genesis in the enactment of three important laws by the Government of India, which replace ambivalent colonial era criminal laws. The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita now supersedes the IPC, and the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita takes over where the CrPC left off. On the other hand, BSA has been enacted to replace IEA. These, in fact, were very critical amendments to the law, which came into effect on July 1, 2024, and were big steps toward updating the legal framework relating to techno-crimes, economic offenses, and organized crimes.
