Tech4Ed 2025 Marks Major Collaborations, Puts Spotlight on Global Learning

The 2nd edition of Tech4Ed International Conference 2025, organised under the aegis of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) and KC GlobEd, concluded on an inspiring note at The Park, New Delhi. The event brought together a distinguished gathering of academic leaders, industry experts, policymakers, and education innovators who explored how technology, global credentials, and collaboration can redefine the future of learning and employability.
The conference commenced with a grand inauguration ceremony graced by Chief Guest Prof. (Dr.) Anil Sahasrabudhe, Chairman, National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), Inaugural Dignitaries Prof. (Dr.) Vinay Kumar Pathak, President Association of Indian Universities (AIU), Dr. (Mrs.) Pankaj Mittal, Secretary General, Association of Indian Universities (AIU), Mrs. M. Lata Gautam, Founder & Chairperson, International Council for Employment and Empowerment (ICEE), Mr. N.S. Kalsi, Former Chairman, NCVET, Mr. George Thiveos, Minister Counsellor, High commission, Australia, Prof. Josep M. Garrell, President, EUA and Dr. Kamal Chhabra, Founder & CEO of KC GlobEd. The inaugural ceremony witnessed the presence of over 10 government officials, 20 prominent industry leaders, 20 international delegates, more than 100 vice-chancellors, and 300 senior academic leaders.
Chief Guest Prof. (Dr.) Anil Sahasrabudhe, Chairman, National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), during his inaugural address highlighted the importance of continuous development of curriculum in higher education. He said, “Artificial intelligence is poised to change everything in the educational ecosystem of today. AI could affect the whole system from the teaching and learning process, assessment, curriculum design, internships, and placements. Institutions have been relying on human leadership and faculty selection for a long time, but AI can now facilitate these processes with data-driven insights. He further stated that, “Teaching- learning can be made more practical through AI-enabled tools, internship matchmaking platforms, and continuous assessments that will identify student difficulties early.”
A major highlight of the day was a series of insightful panel discussions featuring eminent speakers including CA Mr. Parveen Kumar (Chairperson), Senior Partner, National Head Assurance – ASA & Baker Tilly, Prof. Yang Zongkai, Vice Director – CAHE Association, Dr. Vorasuang Duangchinda, Assistant President at Sripatum University and Special Advisor – AUN, and Prof Jose Maria Garrell Guiu, President EUA (Chairperson), International Association Delegation, Dr. Buddha Chandrashekhar, CCO, AICTE, Prof. Bie Dunrong, Member – Academic Development Advisory Committee (CAHE). The panellists discussed on thought- provoking topics such as AI for Governance & Finance for New Age Institutions/Corporates, Future of Work – Redefine Through AI, Ethical Uses of AI in Academic Institutions and Assessment by Leveraging AI Tools. Experts offered actionable insights on how collaboration between academia, industry, and government can accelerate educational transformation.
Another key highlight was the launch of three authoritative books– US CPA: The Global Professional’s Guide, US CMA: Strategic Cost Management & Analytics, and US EA: Tax Expertise for a Borderless World. Authored by Dr. Kamal Chhabra, Founder and CEO of KC GlobEd, the books serve as comprehensive resources for students and professionals aspiring to pursue globally recognised accounting and finance credentials.
Adding further significance to the occasion, KC GlobEd signed multiple Memorandum of Understanding (MoUs) with leading institutions and government bodies, including the All-India Management Association (AIMA), Information and Communication Technology Academy (ICT) Kerala, International Council for Employment & Empowerment (ICEE) and the CSR Government division, to promote skill development, global certification programs, and scholarship opportunities for underrepresented learners.
President of AIU, Prof. (Dr.) Vinay Kumar Pathak commended the initiative, stating, “AI is the new normal. Themed ‘AI for Education & Skills’, this Tech4Ed International Conference exemplifies India’s growing leadership in the global education landscape. Collaborative efforts like these not only open new avenues for international learning but also empower Indian institutions to nurture professionals who are globally competent, technologically adept, and ready to lead in an evolving knowledge-driven economy.”
