APSC CCE 2025 Prelims Results Declared

On July 18, 2025 Guwahati The Assam Public Commission Service has achieved great advancement in its recruitment processes thanks to the publication of the results of the preliminary round of the combined competitive examination 2025. Following the statement published on July 17, thousands of candidates who took this difficult test are now awaiting the primary exam, which is set for later this year. Still among the most sought-after exams in Assam, the CCE gives applicants opportunity to top administrative, law enforcement, tax, and other jobs in the state. 

Besides being a test of knowledge, the CCE allows one access to authority and leadership. It occurs every year and provides gazetted jobs in popular sectors including the District Transport Officer, Labor Officer, Superintendent of Taxes, Assam Police Service, Assam Civil Service, and others. Candidates that pass the CCE stand the opportunity to significantly affect public welfare, government of the state, and policy implementation. Designed to meet Assam government demands, the test has a national reputation comparable to that of the Union Public Service Commission. 

March 23 marked the start of this year’s test with a formal announcement. From March 28 to April 29, the application process drew many applicants from all throughout the state. In several locations on June 8, the preliminary exam was given to assess applicants’ grasp of general studies and current events. Candidates between 21 and 38 years old who hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college—albeit with some exceptions for protected groups— Besides showing proficiency in Assamese or any other officially recognized indigenous language, the exam stresses the need of cultural awareness in governmental responsibilities. 

Reservation systems are absolutely necessary if you want to ensure participation in the recruiting process. Government policy allocates seats for women, those with disabilities, specified tribal communities, scheduled castes, OBC, and MOBC applicants.
