The University School of Law and Legal Studies (USLLS), Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, has a reason to celebrate as its students, Dev Maheshwari, B.A.LL.B and year and Kushagra Khanna, B.A.LL.B 2nd year clinched the prestigious Best Team Award and Winner Award in the Negotiation Competition Category at the 3rd Justice J.S. Verma Memorial National ADRCC Competition 2023, held from March 22 to April 1 2024, brought together the brightest legal minds from across the country to showcase their kills in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Negotiation.

The competition, named in honour of the esteemed Justice J. S. Verma, is a significant event in the legal academic calendar, aimed at promoting the importance of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. This year’s event witnessed a high level of participation, with teams from premier law schools across India competing fiercely. Dev Maheshwari and Kushagra Khanna stood out with their exceptional negotiation skills, legal acumen, and strategic thinking, which ultimately led them to secure the top position. Their victory is a testament to their hard work, dedication, and the rigorous training provided by the University School of Law and Legal Studies.
