Celebrate Chocolate Day with Choco-Filled Fried Wontons

On the occasion of Chocolate Day, you must have plans to buy some regular chocolate gift for your loved ones. If you have plans to stay at home and still want to celebrate the day with some delicious homemade treat, here you go.
Choco filled fried wonton
A snow-covered crescent moon, oozing with chocolatey goodness!

Servings: 12 nos
Ingredients:
Icing Sugar – 220g
Refined Oil – 310 ml
Wonton Wrappers 5’5 – 12 nos
Milk Chocolate – 125g
Method:
Heat oil over a medium high flame. Place 1 tsp of chocolate in the centre of each wonton wrapper, brush the edges with water and fold in half to form a triangle. Press edges to seal, roll the triangle in the shape of a flower bud.
Deep fry the wontons for about 2 minutes until golden brown. Transfer to a bowl, dust with sugar and serve hot.
