The Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board (NCWEB) of Delhi University has officially begun the undergraduate admissions procedure for the academic year 2025–26. The recruitment campaign aspires to fill 15,200 seats in its related colleges and centers. Eligible applicants may apply online using the official admissions site at ncwebadmission. uod. ac. in. Registrations open July 1, 2025. Only women who live in the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi are qualified to apply for this admissions cycle. NCWEB provides a unique opportunity for women who desire to continue their education despite personal, financial, or social difficulties prevent them from enrolling in conventional higher education. Mostly on Saturdays and Sundays, the board provides weekend courses allowing women to advance their knowledge without compromising their work at home or at their employment. For Delhi University’s initiatives to uplift women via knowledge, this flexible approach has been quite important. Two popular undergraduate courses, the Bachelor of Arts and the Bachelor of Commerce, have a total of 15,200 admission slots available in the current academic year. Some of these are well-known institutions like Miranda House, Hansraj College, Janki Devi Memorial College, and Kalindi College; NCWEB is a Delhi University-affiliated organization following its academic syllabus, exam pattern, and degree structure, therefore ensuring the same degree of academic rigor as standard college courses. Eligibility for admission of candidates depends on their results in the (CUET) UG 2025. Only female students who took the CUET and picked NCWEB as one of their choices when registering on the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) portal are eligible to apply. The admission will depend on the CUET score and the subject combinations associated with the course desired. Using their CUET credentials, candidates are urged to finish the application form after logging into the NCWEB admissions portal. When they submit the form, they have to select their preferred teaching sites and course pairings. The institution will release multiple admissions lists according on the availability of seats and the volume of applications submitted. Every list will include the cut-off grades for several college and subject combinations. Candidates who reach the cut-off may confirm their acceptance by providing the required documents and paying online. Delhi University incorporates the NCWEB admissions method as part of its greater strategy to advance inclusion and access in higher education. NCWEB has been crucial in offering women who cannot attend conventional colleges higher education chances since its founding in 1944. The board has grown gradually over the years, adding fresh courses to meet present needs and adapting to changing academic structures. In addition to tutoring, study materials, access to college libraries and resources, the board provides supplemental academic support. Students who register for NCWEB are qualified to apply for several scholarships and financial aid programs sponsored by Delhi University and government schemes, therefore alleviating the financial load on families. Students will only attend courses on weekends after being accepted into the NCWEB program, thereby freeing the rest of the week for family or job responsibilities. The curriculum for NCWEB students is the same as that for regular Delhi University students, including internal evaluations and final exams. Graduates are equally eligible for more education or employment possibilities since they get a degree from the University of Delhi upon graduation. NCWEB’s importance has risen over time, especially in the years following the COVID-19 epidemic when educational flexibility became more and more valued. By offering in-person weekend courses and using digital assistance as required, the board’s model has been praised for striking a compromise between tradition and innovation. Candidates should thoroughly review the admissions instructions and have all the necessary documents ready, including their CUET scorecard, Class 12 mark sheet, caste or category certificates, and address proof showing NCT of Delhi residence now that the registration process is live. The institution will verify the validity of admissions later on by going over the documentation. Interested applicants should apply as soon as feasible and keep checking the official website for updates on merit lists, counseling dates, and other admission-related announcements.
