IPU Hosts Symposium on Inclusive Healthcare

New Delhi, August 30 Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University has taken another step forward in its commitment to social responsibility by organizing a two- day council on “ Inclusive Medicare & Wellness for Children and Grown-ups with and without Disabilities. ” The event, hosted by the University’s Addition and Availability Cell( UIAC – UTTHAAN), drew enthusiastic participation from scholars, faculty, and special companies, setting the stage for meaningful dialogue on equivalency and compassion in healthcare. 

Further than 176 scholars from institutes similar as Ashtavakra Institute of Rehabilitation Science & Research, Awadh Centre of Education, and Action For Autism joined the council alongside faculty members, professionals, and invited guests. The council opened with an address by Programme Director, Prof.( Dr.) Shalini Garg, who set the tone by emphasizing that the theme of inclusive medicare and heartiness rests at the veritably core of social justice and equivalency. Drawing from his experience as a medical professional, he noted that true heartiness encompasses body, mind, and soul. He corroborated the belief that no person is truly impaired, but rather else abled, with nature itself balancing capacities in unique ways. Inclusivity, he remarked, goes beyond physical vittles like ramps or tactile paths; it must crop from genuine acceptance, respect, and empathy. He concluded by linking inclusivity to public development, stating that a truly developed India — Viksit Bharat — must be one that ensures heartiness and healthcare access for all its citizens. 

The council also marked the launch of three significant enterprise designed to advance addition and availability in healthcare and education. These included the release of the 10th Volume of the Addition & AvailabilityE-Magazine, the advertisement of a new Certificate Course on Inclusive Medicare and Wellness in collaboration with V- Shesh, and the unearthing of a Resource tackle on Assistive Technology for Disability Addition. Each of these enterprise aims to strengthen the knowledge, chops, and coffers available to both professionals and communities in creating an inclusive terrain. 

The sessions held throughout the day stressed both mindfulness and practical literacy. The council concluded with an appeal to integrate addition as a lived practice rather than an emblematic gesture.
