TS polyset 2025 Phase 1 Seat Allotment Soon

Telangana State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET) is set to declare Phase 1 seat allotment results for Telangana State Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (TS POLYCET) 2025. It is a significant update for thousands of aspirants who wrote the entrance test and are eager to join polytechnic diploma courses in different government and private colleges of Telangana.
The seat allotment result will be announced soon on the counselling website at tgpolycet.nic.in. As soon as it is released, students enrolled and qualified for TS POLYCET 2025 can view their allotment by logging into the portal with necessary information like their hall ticket number, date of birth, password, and ROC form number. Allotment is conducted according to the ranks of the candidates, their choice of colleges and courses, category reservations, and availability of seats in the institutions.
Allotment letter from the online portal will indicate clearly the candidate’s allotted college and the specific course to which the candidate has been allocated. The candidates must read the letter carefully and act according to the instructions given in the letter. They are also asked to download the provisional allotment order and continue to make the payment of the seat acceptance fee via online payment modes like debit card, credit card, or net banking. It is made clear that non-payment of the required fee within the specified time will lead to the cancellation of the seat allotted, thus disqualifying the candidate for that round.
Once the payment process is complete, candidates must self-report their admission from one of the available processes on the portal. Upon successful self-reporting, an admission number will be assigned to them, which they must keep with them for use in all subsequent communication on admission. Online self-reporting does not finalize the whole admission process, however. Physical reporting at the institutions to which they are posted is also a compulsory step in the final phase of the admission process.
Students need to provide original documents and photocopies for verification at the college level. The most significant document is the Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previously attended school, attesting that the student has completed his/her previous studies formally. In addition to this, students need to provide the allotment letter they received through the TS POLYCET portal and the bank challan as evidence of payment of fees. The challan must be prepared and deposited into the bank that is mandated by the concerned college.
The admission is incomplete without the submission of these documents at the desired institute. Only after this final step is the admission considered to be finalized. Colleges will verify the documents submitted and proceed with the enrollment process accordingly.
The counselling procedure for TS POLYCET this year has been online-only to simplify the process and reduce the physical travel load for students. It allows candidates to select colleges, view their choices, and complete most procedures from home. Physical reporting is still needed, though, to finalize admissions.
The State Board has further instructed that students should only look to the official website for seat allotment and counselling updates information. There can be numerous unofficial websites that distribute false information, and candidates have been instructed not to seek updates from such websites in order to avoid confusion or fraud.
Since Phase 1 allotment results are going to be declared, students need to have login credentials ready and check the website on a daily basis. For those who fail to get a seat in this round or want to take part in subsequent counselling rounds, SBTET will release the schedule and rules for Phase 2 and spot admissions in the coming weeks.
With the allotment result announcement at hand, this is the T-minus hour for TS POLYCET 2025 applicants to be on guard, take care of formalities in due time, and ensure that they fulfill all the conditions in order to be able to get themselves allotted to the allotted Telangana polytechnic colleges successfully.
