IIM Raipur Launches New MDPs for July–August 2025

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Raipur plans to launch two new Management Development Programs (MDPs) in July and August 2025. Staying true to its motto of #BuildingBusinessOwners, the institute keeps equipping professionals with future-ready leadership and digital transformation skills via targeted experiential learning. Tailored to the demands of the present, fast changing corporate environment, these MDPs offer useful methods and strategic ideas. Taught by the esteemed professors of IIM Raipur, both programs concentrate on practical application, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving techniques—all of which are vital in the modern labor. Running from July 12–14, 2025, the first course—entitled “Artificial Intelligence for Decision Makers”—will investigate how disruptive artificial intelligence is on strategic business decision-making. Managers and decision-makers who want to learn how to use artificial intelligence to develop data-driven tactics and get a competitive advantage should take this three-day course in the field of Information Systems led by Dr. Manojit Chattopadhyay and Dr. Sumeet Gupta. Between August 31 and September 1, 2025, the second program, “Unlocking Your Leadership Skills,” which falls under the category of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior, will be held. Guided by Dr. Anubha Dadhich, this two-day MDP hopes to help participants develop their emotional intelligence, perfect people management techniques, and improve their basic leadership abilities, all of which are really vital in the post-pandemic world where flexibility and compassion are key leadership traits.
