SSC MTS Havaldar 2025 Correction Window Rescheduled
Share

The SSC has formally reset the correction period for application form changes in a major update for aspirants of the Multi- Tasking (Non- Technical) Staff and Havaldar (CBIC and CBN) Examination 2025. This stage has been undertaken to make room for applicants who asked for more time to correct already submitted applications or to modify them. The official SSC website at ssc. gov. in contains the updated notification.
Originally set to open July 29–July 31, 2025, the correction window has been postponed. According to the revised schedule made available by the commission, the new correction window will be open from August 4 to August 6, 2025. This brief extension offers applicants a final chance to modify obsolete or inaccurate data in their application forms and so prevent problems throughout the later stages of hiring including admission card issuing and document verification.
This facility is only available to those candidates who have paid the necessary exam fee and already submitted their online applications successfully. The correction window is meant as a one-time chance to make modifications; the SSC has made it plain that only online changes will be taken into consideration. Under no conditions will offline requests or hand updates be permitted.
Applicants who want to change their submitted forms must log into the SSC official portal. Once they sign in with their login, candidates must go to their submitted application form. They can go over the data and amend the necessary fields here. The system will ask them to pay a correction fee once the changes are finished. First-time corrections will run ₹200; subsequent second-time changes or resubmissions will cost ₹500. These fees are leveled equally across every applicant, irrespective of gender or classification.
BHIM UPI, Net Banking, debit cards driven by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, or RuPay offer a few online options for correcting fees. Candidates should submit the revised form and get the current confirmation page once the payment is processed. For later reference, this verification should either printed or preserved since it shows proof of correction submission.
The correction facility is only available during the stated three-day period; after the deadline no additional adjustments will be allowed. Furthermore, the SSC has warned applicants to double-check all information prior to ultimate submission since any later corrections will cost more and may be under greater scrutiny.
For aspirants who might have made unintentional errors when filling out their application forms, such as errors in personal information, academic qualifications, address, or document uploads, the correction window is especially helpful. By extending the correction period, SSC aims to ensure that genuine candidates are not disqualified due to avoidable mistakes.
The SSC has advised every candidate to be alert and periodically check the official website for additional information on the exam process including admit card releases, exam schedules, and result announcements. Staying informed via official channels is essential to prevent false information and missed deadlines as the recruiting process advances.
This growth highlights SSC’s dedication to a just and open recruitment process while also showing sensitivity for the requirements of the applicants by correcting the window now rescheduled. Candidates are urged to use this window carefully and make any required changes to prevent problems later in the selection process.
Candidates should go to the official SSC website at ssc. gov. in for further details, live updates, and thorough directions.
