Vivekanand Education Society’s College of Architecture (VESCOA) has outlined the admission process for its Master of Architecture (M.Arch) programme for the academic year 2026–27, with admissions aligned to the Post Graduate Entrance Test in Architecture (PGETA 2026) conducted by the Council of Architecture. As part of the eligibility criteria, candidates will be required to qualify PGETA 2026, ensuring a standardized and transparent admission process in line with the Council’s postgraduate education guidelines.

As per the official announcement, PGETA 2026 will be conducted at a national level for admission into two-year postgraduate architecture programmes. The examination is scheduled to be held in three phases on May 31, June 14, and June 28, 2026. Registrations have commenced, and interested candidates can apply through the official website.

VESCOA has started accepting admission enquiries for M. Arch, with candidates required to complete institute-level application formalities within the stipulated timeline. The selection process may include [portfolio review/personal interview/merit-based evaluation based on PGETA scores and academic performance]. The programme is designed to build advanced design thinking and research capabilities, with a focus on addressing evolving challenges in the built environment. It also offers exposure to industry-relevant practices, enabling students to develop practical and future-ready architectural solutions.

Commenting on the development, Anand Achari, Principal, VESCOA, said, “The introduction of PGETA marks an important step towards streamlining postgraduate admissions in architecture. At VESCOA, we see this as an opportunity to attract motivated and future-focused learners, while continuing to emphasize a strong blend of design excellence, research orientation, and industry relevance in our postgraduate programmes.”

VESCOA offers Urban Design and Landscape Architecture postgraduate programmes in M. Arch, supported by a curriculum that encourages interdisciplinary learning and engagement with real-world design challenges.
