ISB Emeritus Launch CTO Programme For Leaders

This positive profitable outlook underscores the significance of icing that businesses are equipped to respond to accelerating technological change while strategically investing in unborn-ready enterprise. In this environment, CTOs have come vital in shaping organisational strategy, driving invention, and icing sustainable growth. 

ISB has a long-standing character for combining academic rigour with real- world connection, fostering transformational education, allowed

leadership, and invention. The new programme leverages this moxie to offer elderly technology and operations leaders including Chiefs, Directors, and Heads across IT, Engineering, R&D, and Consulting — a structured path to strengthen their strategic and functional capabilities. It caters to professionals from sectors similar as Technology, BFSI, Engineering, Telecommunications, Consumer Goods, and Consulting. 

Structured over 24 weeks, the CTO Programme integrates theoretical literacy with practical operation, covering critical areas similar as product development, scalable technology armature, generative AI integration, invention portfolio operation, and force chain analytics. It also focuses on cultivating the strategic mindset necessary to leadcross-functional organisational metamorphosis. The programme is delivered through further than 150pre-recorded videotape lectures by encyclopedically recognised ISB faculty, supplemented by two to three live interactive sessions and domicile exchanges, offering actors a comprehensive and flexible literacy experience. 

The literacy trip includes a one- day on- lot absorption at ISB, five to seven masterclasses led by assiduity experts, and hands- on engagement through three action literacy systems and a guided culmination design. Actors will also explore over twelve case studies and gain networking openings through office hours, masterclasses, and interactive sessions across the 24- week programme. Actors completing the programme are anticipated to gain a strategic perspective on technology and its influence on organisational strategy, estimate arising technologies, and understand how technology can transfigure force chains and operations. The programme also aims to help leaders align investments with business strategy and navigate organisational changes to maintain a competitive advantage through technology. 

The CTO Programme is designed for educated professionals with a minimum of ten times of work experience and a graduate or parchment qualification. The course will commence on December 30th, 2025, and combines online literacy with live sessions, masterclasses, office hours, and a one- day lot absorption.
