NDIM Sees 121 Placements, Highest Package At Rs 12.6 LPA

New Delhi Institute of Management has reported a strong placement season for 2025–26, with over 121 students placed so far and the highest package touching ₹12.6 lakh per annum.
More than 70 companies have taken part in the ongoing drive. The average salary stands at ₹4.6 lakh, while the median is ₹4.8 lakh. The top offer went to Kashish Grover, who secured ₹12.6 lakh from Lotus Interworks.
Recruiters came from a wide mix of sectors, including IT, finance, e-commerce, consulting and media. Companies such as Grant Thornton, Wipro, Paytm, Tech Mahindra, Tata Consultancy Services, Swiggy and Zomato were among those that hired.
Students were placed across roles in sales, marketing, consulting, analytics and operations. Some firms hired in larger numbers, with Swiggy taking nine students, while SSSi, Eduvizo and Unlox Academy hired eight each.
Other notable offers include ₹8 lakh at Grant Thornton, ₹7 lakh at Unlox Academy and ₹6 lakh roles at Paytm and Intellipaat.
The institute said its placement efforts were backed by regular training, mock interviews and industry sessions to prepare students for jobs. The placement season is still on, and more companies are expected to visit in the coming months.
