The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has officially blazoned the examination schedule for the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) and the CS Executive and Professional Programme examinations for the June 2026 session. The detailed schedule has been published on the sanctioned ICSI website, furnishing clarity to thousands of applicants preparing for the forthcoming examination cycle.
According to the announcement, the June 2026 examinations will follow a structured timeline with easily defined sessions, reading time, vittles, and reserve dates to handle unlooked-for situations. CSEET June 2026 Examination Timeline
The CSEET examinations for the June 2026 session will commence on June 1 and conclude on June 4, 2026. All papers under the CSEET will be conducted in the autumn session, beginning at 2.30 pm. The utmost papers will end at 5.45 pm, while the final paper will conclude before at 4.45 pm. ICSI has maintained a livery examination window to ensure thickness and smooth conduct across all centers.
To grease better performance and reduce test-related stress, ICSI has continued its practice of furnishing a fresh 15 twinkles for reading the question paper. This reading time will be from 2.30 pm to 2.45 pm, after which campaigners can begin writing their answers. The move reflects the institute’s focus on allowing campaigners sufficient time to understand the questions before trying them.
Subject-Wise Schedule for CSEET
As per the sanctioned schedule, the Business Communication paper will be conducted on June 1, followed by Fundamentals of Accounting on June 2. The Economic and Business Environment paper is listed for June 3, while Business Laws and Management will take place on June 4, marking the conclusion of the CSEET examinations for the session.
ICSI has clarified that the final paper of the CSEET will be conducted in an OMR-grounded format. This ensures brisk evaluation and standardization in assessment. In addition, June 5, June 6, and June 7, 2026, have been allocated as reserve dates to address any unanticipated dislocations, ensuring that the examination process continues.
CS Executive and Professional Examinations Key Dates
Alongside the CSEET schedule, ICSI has also released the schedule for the CS Executive and CS Professional Programme examinations under Syllabus 2022. These examinations will be held from June 1 to June 7, 2026. Unlike the CSEET, these examinations will be conducted in the morning session, starting at 9 am and concluding at 12:15 pm.
Campaigners appearing for the Administrative and Professional Programme examinations will also admit a 15-nanosecond reading time from 9 am to 9.15 am. This invariant reading time policy across all situations highlights ICSI’s commitment to maintaining thoroughness in examination practices.
Subjects Covered Under CS Executive Programme
The CS Executive Programme examinations will cover a wide range of core subjects essential for company secretarial practice. These include Justice, Interpretation and General Laws, Company Law and Practice, Capital Market and Securities Laws, Tax Laws and Practice, and Commercial Account and Financial Management. The papers are distributed across Group 1 and Group 2, allowing campaigners to appear in modules as per their eligibility and medication status.
