Zomato Tops Next-Gen Recruitment in Unstop Employer Brand Track 2024

Unstop, the talent discovery, engagement, and hiring platform for students and graduates, has revealed the Unstop Employer Brand Track 2024, as part of the renowned Unstop Talent Report 2024. The first-of-its-kind initiative introduces a comprehensive and groundbreaking approach to measuring and understanding the equity of employer brands in the minds of potential talent pools.

Covering organizations across industry verticals, the Unstop Employer Brand Track 2024 had students casting their votes to select their dream brands across industries and domains.

  • Across all B-Schools, Google is at the top of the list of dream companies to work for, followed by Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), McKinsey and Company, and Amazon, in that order.

  • Google also emerges as the dream company to work for across E-schools. Microsoft ranks second, with Amazon coming third.

  • In the FMCG sector, Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) is the most desirable company, with ITC Limited and Nestlé coming second and third, respectively.

  • For the General Management profile, students favoured Tata Administrative Services (TAS). Reliance Industries Limited (RIL), Aditya Birla Group, Mahindra Group and Adani Group, in that order, are the top 5 choices.

  • For engineers, Google is the most attractive employer in the category of Product-based companies.

  • Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) topped the list in the category of Service-based companies.

Unstop also introduced and revealed the SuperBrand category that showcases the brands which stand head and shoulders above the rest. These brands have earned the trust over years of consistent efforts and employer brand building through talent engagement initiatives.

Mr. Ankit Aggarwal, Founder, and CEO of Unstop said, “There are brand tracks for consumer brands which help the brand custodians understand the share of mind that their brands enjoy and plan their strategies accordingly. We observed that there is no such brand track in the space of employer brands. We are pleased to introduce the Unstop Employer Brand Track 2024 to address this need. This sets new standards for measuring employer brand equity, providing invaluable insights into the preferences of the future workforce. We aim to empower organizations with the knowledge they need to attract and retain top talent in today’s competitive market. ”
