Alimento Agro Foods Raises ₹52 Cr In Series A Funding Led By IvyCap Ventures

Alimento Agro Foods, the company behind MOM Meal of the Moment and Gimi Gimi, has raised Rs 52 crore in its Series A funding round led by IvyCap Ventures. The capital will be deployed to expand manufacturing capacity, strengthen nationwide distribution, and accelerate product innovation across both brands. The raise underscores strong investor confidence in Alimento’s vision of building the next generation of flavour-driven Indian food brands.

Alimento Agro Foods has built a differentiated portfolio catering to two high-growth consumer segments. MOM Meal of the Moment, known for its flavour-rich, high-quality instant meals and guilt-free snacks, is rooted in the core value of Creating Moments of Delight. The brand has earned strong loyalty among consumers seeking delicious and mindful options for modern lifestyles.

Gimi Gimi, a Korean-inspired noodle brand created by superfans of Korean food and culture, aims to become India’s preferred Korean noodle brand with its bold flavours and authentic appeal. Together, MOM and Gimi Gimi showcase Alimento’s commitment to innovation, quality, and culturally resonant food experiences.
