T-Hub Ties Up with Hauts-de-France to Boost Startup Corridor
Share
T-Hub, the world’s largest home for startups, has entered into a strategic partnership with the Hauts-de-France region, establishing a structured implementation framework to strengthen startup-led economic cooperation between India and France. As part of this partnership, both parties will facilitate reciprocal market entry through structured immersion programs and market access and registration support in new geographies, while enabling cross-border investment through investor introductions, syndication pathways, and co-investment opportunities across both ecosystems.
This partnership aligns with India’s vision of Viksit Bharat 2047, positioning the country as a globally connected hub supported by strong capital access frameworks, advanced technology capabilities, and international ecosystem linkages. It complements national initiatives like the Startup India Seed Fund Scheme (SISFS) and the recently revised deep-tech framework, which together aim to strengthen early-stage financing and accelerate the growth of high-technology ventures with global potential.
The collaboration includes co-designed acceleration and market readiness programs to support product localization, business model refinement and international scale-up, alongside corporate–startup platforms featuring cross-border challenges, pilot projects, and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) opportunities. Founder exchanges – through demo days, pitch showcases, bootcamps, and mentor exchanges – along with joint communications efforts, will further strengthen integration and the global positioning of the India–Hauts-de-France startup corridor. The long-term objective of the partnership is to establish strategic pathways and facilitate the entry of over 10 French startups into the Indian market, and 10 Indian startups into the French market.
A cornerstone of the partnership is the establishment of the Indo-French Startup Consortium, envisioned as a structured bilateral platform linking incubators, academia, investors, and corporates across both countries. By institutionalizing cross-border cooperation, FISC aims to create a sustained framework for long-term engagement, capital flows, knowledge exchange, and coordinated growth between the Indian and French startup ecosystems. Both organisations invite partners across both countries – including venture capital firms, incubators, and other startup enablers – to participate in and strengthen this initiative.
Kavikrut, CEO, T-Hub, said: “This partnership builds on the shared strengths of the Indian and French startup ecosystems – the calibre of founders, the maturity of the ecosystem, and the ambition of their ventures – creating a platform for startups that are scaling for global markets. By facilitating access to new markets, capital, and industry networks, it will strengthen the startup ecosystems in India and France alike, supporting founders who are building with a global vision and driving long-term economic impact.”
François DECOSTER, Vice-President in charge of international affairs, Hauts-de-France regional council, said: “We have great expectations for this partnership between the Hauts-de-France region and T-Hub. It positions us within a globally connected startup corridor, enabling our entrepreneurs to engage with international markets, capital, and industry networks. It reflects our shared commitment to building cross-border collaboration with lasting global impact.”
T-Hub, based in Hyderabad, Telangana, has been at the forefront of shaping India’s startup ecosystem through transformative initiatives. By driving capital access via the ₹1000 Crore Fund of Funds Telangana, fostering advanced technology adoption through the Telangana Artificial Intelligence Innovation Hub, and strengthening early-stage financing via the State Innovation and Startup Funding Scheme (SISFS), T-Hub empowers startups to scale rapidly, access critical resources, and compete globally.
The Hauts-de-France region is the region between the North of Paris and Calais, Dunkirk and Belgium. With 6 million inhabitants, it is one of the most populous regions in France, with a strong manufacturing base, logistics connections and a globally connected Tech ecosystem. Some of the largest and most well-known French groups, like Décathlon, Auchan, Leroy Merlin, OVH, etc come from this region. Hauts-de-France has built a strong international profile for AI and digital businesses, combining a deep talent pipeline with structured innovation hubs that help companies scale quickly in Europe. The region hosts more than 17,000 digital companies and 45,700+ digital jobs, supported by 254,000 students (in 2025) and 4,800+ IT graduates – a steady flow of skills for software engineering, data and AI roles.
It is also one of the leading French regions with regard to the number of innovation structures to support tech companies. EuraTechnologies – one of Europe’s leading incubators and startup hubs – offers a soft-landing pathway for international innovative firms, connecting them with local partners, talent and customers. In parallel, the Cité de l’IA is built to accelerate real-world AI adoption, creating operational synergies between companies, institutions and academia around concrete business use-cases, from experimentation to implementation. The regional council, along with its investment promotion agency Nord France Invest and its regional startup hub and incubator Euratechnologies, is keen to strengthen ties with Indian partners such as T-Hub to position the region as Indian companies’ ideal gateway to European markets.
T-Hub has collaborated extensively with leading French organizations such as the Indo-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IFFCI), Bureau de France, Bordeaux Techno West and La French Tech, while supporting Indian startups in establishing French entities and piloting technologies in Europe. Through its engagement with key institutional stakeholders – including the Hauts-de-France investment arm and the French Embassy – as well as the embedded Business France office enabling market access and business matchmaking, T-Hub has built a strong bilateral foundation. This new partnership builds on that longstanding engagement, further strengthening structured Indo-French economic ties and cross-border growth pathways.
