Kamat’s Legacy, renowned for its culinary excellence, commemorated World Dosa Day with an extraordinary event at its Nariman Point Outlet. the restaurant created a memorable experience for its patrons on March 10. The event showcased a staggering variety of over 150 dosa creations, reaffirming Kamat’s Legacy as a leader in the culinary world. From the exotic Murugan Podi Dosa (Gun Powder Dosa) to the innovative Benne Dosa, the flavorful Poondu Dosa to the classic Mysore Masala Dosa, and the aromatic Ghee Roast Masala Dosa, each dosa was a testament to the rich tapestry of South Indian cuisine.

A dedicated team of 5 chefs demonstrated their culinary mastery by crafting 300 dosas in just 2 hours and 30 minutes. The chefs presented an unparalleled culinary spectacle by utilizing 64 kgs of specially prepared batter and incorporating 15 kgs of a diverse range of ingredients such as vegetables, paneer, fruits, dry fruits, and more.
