While a seasonal job at a resort initially drew him to hospitality, Shoeb’s passion drove him to become a TOP 30 under 30 leader in Canada, leading a renowned Toronto bar. With experience managing F&B operations at Grand Hyatt, Kochi, and leading operations at Marriott International, he brings a winning record of guest satisfaction and profitability. He’s focused on providing clear direction, ensuring top-notch service, and exceeding guest expectations. Shoeb enjoys soccer, documentaries, and travel when off-duty to invigorate himself for the leadership role.

Hussain brings over 14 years of culinary experience and a passion for fusing traditional Indian flavors with global influences. In his new role, Athar Hussain will helm the hotel’s culinary team. His focus will be two-fold: leading his team and overseeing menu curation. With a commitment to quality and creativity at the forefront, Hussain will ensure every dish served meets the highest standards and is innovative and delicious. Before joining here, Athar Hussain gained extensive experience as a Chef de Cuisine at Grand Hyatt. He also honed his craft at renowned brands like Marriott Whitefield and Leela Palace Bengaluru. His innovative approach earned him recognition as a talented Indian specialist with a skill for incorporating international flair.

Siddhant Arora: Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park are elated to announce the strategic appointment of Siddhant Arora. Poised to elevate our hospitality standards, Shoeb leads the F&B division, overseeing events and banquets. His focus lies on creating exceptional dining experiences and building a team dedicated to guest-centric service across all our properties. With an impressive track record as Events and Banquet Operation Manager and Restaurant Manager at Hilton, Siddhant now adds another accolade to his portfolio. He is globally recognized for his top 1% performance in the Taj Hotels Management Trainee Batch and for leading the largest food delivery app deployment across all Taj hotels in Karnataka. Arora who is a recipient of the Leader of the Year at the Hilton Business Park, continues to inspire and motivate others in the hospitality industry.

Asad Sameer Khan: Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park is happy to announce the appointment of Head Housekeeping, Asad Sameer Khan. With a demonstrated history of success, Mr. Khan’s impressive career includes leadership positions as Housekeeping Manager at Hilton, DoubleTree by Hilton, Lemon Tree Premier, and Novotel Juhu Mumbai. He is a certified trainer within the Hilton brand team, known for his exceptional leadership, meticulous inspection skills, and efficient inventory management. With an MBA and a proven track record in high-pressure environments, Khan brings immense value. He is implementing innovative QR laundry solutions and overseeing their brand transition.
