In a major relief for students across Maharashtra, MSRTC has launched the “ST Pass Directly to Your School” initiative starting June 16, 2025. Under this student-friendly scheme, subsidised bus travel passes will now be delivered directly to schools and colleges, eliminating the need for long queues at depots. The initiative also supports students with a 66.66% fare concession, while those up to Class 12 will continue to receive free passes under the Punyashlok Ahilyabai Holkar scheme all to ensure seamless access to education.
