Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University will hold its 18th convocation on April 9 at its East Delhi campus.

The Chancellor of the university and Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, Taranjit Singh Sandhu, will preside over the ceremony.

Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta and Education Minister Ashish Sood will attend as Guests of Honour. Secretary, Higher and Technical Education, Sanjeev Ahuja, will also be present.

Vice Chancellor of Delhi University and Chairman of AICTE, Prof. Yogesh Singh, will deliver the convocation address as the Chief Guest.
