Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (IP University) has started the admission process for undergraduate programmes through Common University Entrance Test (CUET-UG) scores for the 2026-27 academic session.
The university will consider CUET scores after completing admissions based on the merit lists of its respective National Level Tests (NLTs) and Common Entrance Tests (CETs). Seats through CUET will be offered only if vacancies remain in the respective programmes.
The CUET-based admission process covers 17 undergraduate programmes, including BCA, BSc, BA-LLB and BBA-LLB, BBA and allied programmes, BA (Journalism and Mass Communication), BHMCT, BTech, BPharm, BSc Environmental Science, Bachelor of Management Studies, BCom (Hons) and BA Liberal Arts.
The university is also offering CUET-based admission to programmes in physiotherapy, occupational therapy, prosthetics and orthotics, medical laboratory science, audiology and speech-language pathology, packaging technology, and a four-year BA in English and Economics under its five-year BA-MA schemes.
Online registration has begun through the university’s admission portal. The last date to apply is 11:59 pm on August 18, 2026.
Candidates will have to pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs 2,500 per course. Those applying for more than one programme will have to pay the fee separately for each course.
IP University has advised applicants to check the eligibility and admission requirements, including the domain-specific subjects, optional languages and General Test requirements under Chapter 2 of the UG Admission Brochure 2026-27 before submitting their forms.
The university has also clarified that candidates who have already secured a seat through an NLT or CET and have been marked as “admitted” will not be considered for admission to another programme through CUET merit.
Candidates have been advised to check the university’s official admission websites regularly for updates and further details.
