Share

FinX, an education and employment platform focused on building career-ready talent for the financial services ecosystem and a promoter body of the BFSI Sector Skill Council, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF) to strengthen employment opportunities for students completing Diploma in Banking & Finance and other certification courses.

The collaboration combines FinX’s employment platform and corporate network with IIBF’s expertise in banking and financial services education. Through FinX’s E3 platform, IIBF candidates will gain access to BFSI job opportunities, profile-building support and free online grooming webinars. FinX has relationships with 300+ corporate partners across banking, asset management, wealth management, insurance, financial distribution, broking and other financial services segments.

Commenting on the collaboration, Mr. Himanshu Vyapak, CEO, FinX, said, “Our partnership with IIBF is an important step towards bridging the gap between financial education and employment. We aim to help candidates translate their qualifications into meaningful career outcomes. India needs to move beyond educational credentials to a measurable understanding of employability. Our vision is to establish the FinX Employability Score as a single trusted number across the BFSI industry that indicates a candidate’s job readiness, identifies strengths and skill gaps, and highlights areas for improvement. This will help connect industry needs with job-ready talent and build a stronger workforce for India’s financial services sector.”

Mr. Deepak Kumar Lalla, CEO, IIBF, said, “This partnership brings together complementary strengths in professional education and industry engagement, supporting our shared objective of strengthening the BFSI talent ecosystem by building a future ready banking workforce.”
