COGOS Appoints Katta Prasad as Co-Founder to Strengthens Leadership

COGOS, India’s leading tech-logistics startup has announced the appointment of its new Co-Founder, Katta Prasad. COGOS has also elevated Goutham BV, previously working as Vice President of Technology, as its CTO (Chief Technology Officer). This move signifies a strategic step towards furthering COGOS’s commitment to innovation and excellence in City Logistics. The size of the Indian city logistics market is USD 60 billion in the current year and is expected to register a CAGR of more than 5% during the forecast period.

Katta joined COGOS last year as its COO (Chief Operating Officer) and also into the Board. His visionary leadership has played a pivotal role in aligning COGOS with the mission of GAPZERO and driving profitability across key business verticals. Under his guidance, the Full Truck Load (FTL) business vertical has surged ahead towards profitability, while the Less Than Truck Load (LTL) vertical has witnessed a remarkable turnaround from a -22% gross margin to a noteworthy +11% gross margin.
