Jalsa Ventures Pvt. Ltd. on Thursday announced plans to expand its education network to more than 2,000 centres across India over the next two years as it enters its next phase of growth.
The company said it expects to increase its network to 1,100-1,200 centres by the end of this year, before reaching the 2,000-centre milestone by the end of next year. At present, the group’s businesses operate through more than 700 centres and partner locations across the country.
The expansion will be backed by investments in technology, curriculum development, franchise support, operational efficiency and customer experience.
Jalsa Ventures has built a portfolio of education brands that includes Cambridge Montessori Pre-School, Cambridge Montessori Day Care and Thames Valley Pre-School in the early childhood education segment. It also operates Cambridge Montessori Global School for K-12 education.
The company has also expanded into future-focused learning through the Shard Center for Innovation, which offers programmes in artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), robotics, drone technology, animation and visual effects (VFX).
“Every successful organisation reaches a point where systems become more important than individuals. Over the years, our focus has been on building strong brands, scalable operating models and sustainable businesses,” said Manish Gupta, Business Head at Jalsa Ventures Pvt. Ltd.
“The next phase is about institutionalising leadership, empowering professionals and creating an organisation capable of delivering long-term value to our customers, franchise partners, employees and stakeholders. Our aspiration is not merely to expand our footprint but to build one of India’s most respected diversified education and consumer business groups,” he added.
Beyond education, the company also operates Franchise Bouquet, a platform that supports entrepreneurs in identifying and growing franchise businesses, My Little Bistro in the quick-service restaurant segment, and JV Kiara, which caters to school uniforms and institutional merchandise.
Jalsa Ventures said it will continue to focus on expanding its diversified portfolio while creating opportunities for entrepreneurs, educators and communities through its franchise-led business model.
