The Vice Chancellor of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Padma Shri Prof. (Dr.) Mahesh Verma has been assigned the additional charge of the Vice Chancellor of Delhi Pharmaceutical Sciences & Research University( DPSRU).  As per the order issued by the Directorate of Training & Technical Education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, the Chancellor of DPSRU/ Lt. Governor His Excellency Shri Vinai Saxena has assigned this additional charge to the VC of IP University.

Padma Shree  Dr. Verma is also Professor Emeritus, Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences, New Delhi. He is the President of International Association of Dental Research (India) &  member  of Science Committee, World Dental Federation, Geneva, Switzerland representing India.  He is also recipient of prestigious Dr. B. C. Roy Award in the field of medicine.

Reacting on the new assignment Dr. Verma said, we will try to enhance this university at new heights in the field of pharmaceutical education & research.
