IP University organised its Silver Jubilee Alumni Meet at Dwarka campus here today in which around 2,500 alumni came from all over the world actively participated.  The sole objective of this alumni meet was to provide a link between past and the present.

The Vice Chancellor of the University Padmshi Prof. (Dr.) Mahesh Verma , who is also an alumnus of the university, inaugurated this grand students’ conclave. Speaking on the occasion he said, you are the real brand ambassadors of the university. Your success stories are guiding forces for other students of the university to excel in their professional path ways.

Alumni present on the occasion recollected their experiences of stay in the campus, the memorable moments they shared with the faculty, expressed their heartfelt gratitude towards the faculty members and the university. They also conveyed  profound faith for the university.

Amongst the distinguished attendees at the alumni meet were the graduates currently employed at civil services, judiciary, films, advertising, corporate, etc. To name a few distinguished alumni – Mr. Bhupesh Chaudhary, IAS; Mr. Siddarth Malik, IFS; Ms. Shilha Roy, IPS; Mr. Piyush Raina, Actor; Prachi Tahlan, Actress;  Dr. Anjela Khanna, Model, Harshdeep Ahuja, Comedian;Ramanjeet Singh , Comedian;Bhaskar Shah, Silver medallist in inter –  university championship of body building; Sreeju Preranarajan, Finalist in Indian  Idol 3,  etc participated in the alumni meet. As the event progressed, they started mingling with each other. Various cultural programmes, magic show, stand up comedy, etc were orchestrated, to which alumni from across the batches took pleasure in and had a merry time. Narad Ji. Com staged a beautiful play on the occasion.Various fun activities were also held to entertain & engage them.They also visited their schools, centres and other places of the campus.
