Indraprastha University Releases Schedule for Common Entrance Tests

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (IPU) has released the schedule for Common Entrance Tests (CET) for various programs, which will be held from April 26 to May 18, 2025. Dr. S.L. Bhandarkar, Controller of Examinations, announced that the admit cards will be available on the university’s website about five days prior to the respective entrance exams.
Key Details of the Entrance Exams
Exam Mode: The exams will be conducted in paper-pen mode on OMR sheets.
Question Type: The questions will be multiple-choice.
Negative Marking: There will be negative marking for incorrect answers.
Exam Sessions: The exams will be held in two sessions:
Morning Session: 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM
Evening Session: 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM
Exam Centers: The exams will be held at centers in Delhi-NCR. However, exams on May 3 and 4, 2025, will also be held at centers in Lucknow, Jaipur, Chandigarh, and Kolkata.
Important Information related to Applicants
Number of Applicants: Approximately 55,000 applicants are appearing for the entrance exams for 81 CET-based programs.
No Change in Exam Center or Session: Requests for changes in exam center or session will not be entertained.
