Kraftshala, India’s largest marketing-jobs providing edtech platform, has partnered with Adarsh Menon, the Global President of Zoomcar, for an insightful session on building a successful career in sales and business. This session will highlight two of the highest potential roles in the industry: Area Sales Manager/Executive in FMCG and Category Manager in Ecommerce.

The free live session with Adarsh Menon will have him sharing invaluable insights and firsthand experiences from his career journey. With over 20 years of expertise in the industry, Adarsh has led significant business divisions at Flipkart and Unilever. Attendees will gain a deep understanding of what these roles entail, strategies to excel in them, and the keys to long-term success. This 60-minute session will be hosted by Varun Satia, Founder and CEO at Kraftshala, in an engaging Q&A format.

It’s in this context that the upcoming session will cover details on 2 specific roles within Sales & Business – Area Sales managers in FMCG and Category Management in Ecommerce. The session will also deep dive with examples into reasons professionals with sales backgrounds hold a significant advantage in the race to top leadership positions. It will formulate how the youth today can acquire these skills to be counted amongst the top talent and land high-paying sales jobs!
