The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay has released officially the results for the Undergraduate Common Entrance Exam for Design (UCEED) 2025, which took place on January 19, 2025. The results were released between 12 am and 1 am on March 7, 2025. Even though the official declaration has been released, candidates trying to view their results online have faced some technical problems on the UCEED official website.

The UCEED 2025 results are available on the official website, but since there is the current glitch, candidates are requested to exercise patience while the technical team attends to it. The website will become operational after fixing the problem, and the applicants are likely to be able to access their results from March 10. June 11, 2025, is the last date on which the scorecards can be downloaded, and the scorecard will be valid for one year. The document will be needed by the candidates to move towards further phases of the admission procedure, such as the counseling process.

Candidates who have appeared for the exam can view their results by logging into the official UCEED website with their registered email ID and password. After logging in, candidates must go to the ‘UCEED Result 2025’ tab, provide their credentials, and click the ‘Submit’ button to see their result. After verifying the result, candidates are recommended to download and take a printout of their scorecards for future use. The scorecards will have all the necessary information like the name of the candidate, roll number, total marks, subject-wise marks, and the qualifying status.

The results show the qualifying status and rank of the candidate. The candidates who pass the UCEED 2025 exam will be qualified for the subsequent phase in the admission process, i.e., the counseling process. The IIT Bombay will commence the counseling registration from March 14, 2025, and it will continue until March 31, 2025. In this time period, candidates with the qualification requirements will have to register for the counseling process in order to be eligible for admission into various undergraduate design courses.

Nevertheless, several candidates have complained of experiencing connectivity problems in accessing the site for their results and other news concerning the test. The UCEED official site is down for the time being, and UCEED officials know about the issue. They are making every effort to resolve the technical issue as soon as possible. Candidates should keep themselves updated on the official site and be patient until then.

Besides the UCEED 2025 results, the IIT Bombay also announced the results of the Common Entrance Examination for Design (CEED) 2025 on March 5, 2025. Candidates who wrote the CEED 2025 examination can view their results on the official website of the examination: https://ceed.iitb.ac.in/. Similar to the UCEED, the CEED results also include the subject-wise marks, overall rank, and qualification status of the candidates.

IIT Bombay will rank all the candidates who qualify on the basis of their total marks secured in Part A and Part B of the UCEED exam. The ranks will be shown on the official website and will be category-wise. The result will also mention the minimum marks a candidate needs to qualify, on the basis of which further actions in the admission process will be taken.

In summary, though the UCEED 2025 results have been declared officially, the temporary technical issues on the website have made it difficult to access the results immediately. The candidates are advised to remain patient and keep visiting the official UCEED portal for updates. When the website comes back online, they will be able to view their results and continue with the subsequent steps of the admission process.
