The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission has released the UPPSC LT Grade Admit Card 2025 for select subjects on its sanctioned website, allowing campaigners to prepare for the forthcoming UPPSC LT Grade test 2025 listed on January 17 and 18. Applicants applying for the assistant schoolteacher posts in social science, biology, English, and physical education can now pierce their hall tickets using their One Time Registration number. The advertisement has brought relief to thousands of aspirants eagerly awaiting evidence of their test details.
Still, the Commission has clarified that no Prayagraj test centers have been distributed this time due to the ongoing Magh Mela, a major religious gathering drawing lakhs of addicts. This decision, communicated through a sanctioned notice, has sparked mixed responses among campaigners, especially those abiding in and around the Prayagraj region who were hoping for nearby centers.
No test centers in Prayagraj amid Magh Mela
UPPSC verified that Prayagraj has been barred from the list of examination sections due to the large-scale arrangements needed for the Magh Mela. The religious event, which is presently underway, involves massive crowd operation, security deployment, and structure use, making it delicate to accommodate examination centers. As a result, campaigners have been assigned centers in other sections across Uttar Pradesh and are advised to plan their trip well in advance.
The decision has also led to representations from applicants requesting holdback of the test dates, particularly because January 18 coincides with the Mauni Amavasya bath, one of the most significant bathing days of the Mela. Despite these prayers, the Commission has decided to do with the examination as listed, citing logistical constraints and executive preparedness.
Test dates and shift timings verified.
The LT Grade primary examination will be conducted over two days in two shifts each day. On January 17, the social science paper will be held in the morning shift from 9 am to 11 am, followed by the biology paper in the afternoon shift from 3 pm to 5 pm. On January 18, campaigners will appear for the English paper in the morning shift, while the physical education examination will take place in the autumn.
The test will be conducted across 26 sections of Uttar Pradesh, banning Prayagraj. The Commission has prompted campaigners to check their admit cards precisely for exact center locales, reporting times, and shift details to avoid any last-nanosecond confusion.
How Campaigners Can Download Their Admit Cards
Campaigners can download their admit cards by visiting the sanctioned UPPSC website and clicking on the LT Grade Admit Card 2025 link. After logging in with their One Time Registration number, they can print and download the admit card for future reference. The document contains pivotal information, including the seeker’s name, roll number, test center address, reporting time, and important instructions for test day.
UPPSC has advised all campaigners to corroborate the details mentioned on the admit card. In case of any distinction, they’re instructed to communicate with the Commission incontinently for rectification to avoid problems on the day of the examination.
Entry Rules and Obligatory Documents
Entry to the examination center will begin one hour and thirty twinkles before the listed launch of the test, and the gates will close 45 twinkles previous to inception. Campaigners arriving late won’t be allowed to enter the examination hall under any circumstances.
On the day of the test, campaigners must carry two passport-size photos, an original print of identity evidence, and one photocopy of the same. These documents will be validated at the entry point to ensure translucency and help impersonation. The Commission has stressed the significance of following all instructions mentioned on the admit card.
Strict Warning Against Illegal Practices
UPPSC has issued a strong warning against the use of illegal means, such as cheating, impersonation, or involvement in paper leaks. Similar offenses will be dealt with under the Uttar Pradesh Public Examinations (Prevention of Illegal Means) Act, 2024. The law provides for severe penalties, including forfeitures of over Rs 1 crore and life imprisonment, to discourage malpractice and maintain the integrity of the examination process.
The Commission has reiterated that it’s committed to conducting a fair and transparent reclamation process, and any attempt to compromise the examination will be dealt with rigorously.
Social Science Paper Pattern and Negative Marking
The social science paper will be divided into four sections: history, geography, economics, and civics. Each section will contain 60 questions, and campaigners are needed to essay any two sections. The OMR distance will have separate marking areas for voluntary-1 and voluntary-2, which must be filled precisely to avoid evaluation crimes.
Negative marking will be applicable across all subjects, and campaigners are advised to answer only those questions they’re confident about. Careless marking may lead to loss of precious marks, impacting overall performance.
Commission Urges Campaigners to Stay Alert
With the test dates approaching, UPPSC has prompted campaigners to stay streamlined through the sanctioned website and avoid counting on rumors or unofficial sources. The Commission has also advised campaigners to plan their trip arrangements in advance, especially those who have been distributed to centers in sections far from their place of hearthstone.
As thousands of applicants gear up for the LT Grade examination, the focus remains on smooth conduct, translucency, and timely completion of the reclamation process. Campaigners are encouraged to remain calm, follow all guidelines, and approach the examination with confidence.
