Fortune Institute of International Business (FIIB), Delhi, has reported a median salary package of ₹9.5 lakh per annum (LPA) and a 95%+ placement rate for its 2026 PGDM and PGDM-FM graduating cohort.

The institute said more than 250 recruiters participated in the latest placement cycle, including companies such as Deloitte, KPMG and S&P Global. Recruiters came from sectors including consulting, financial services, technology, FMCG, e-commerce and manufacturing.

For students and families comparing management institutes, placement outcomes remain an important consideration. FIIB said the latest figures reflect a consistent year-on-year placement performance, while also pointing to a broader recruiter base across sectors and company sizes.

250+ recruiters participate in placement process

The 2026 placement season saw participation from multinational companies, Indian businesses and startups. Alongside Deloitte, KPMG and S&P Global, the recruiter pool included employers from a range of industries and functions.

According to FIIB, the placement process was not limited to a small number of high-value offers, with opportunities spread across different roles and sectors.

The institute attributed the results to its industry-focused PGDM and PGDM-FM programmes, along with its mentorship and career-readiness initiatives.

Focus on industry exposure and career preparation

FIIB said its programmes combine classroom learning with industry interaction and mentorship from working professionals. Career preparation begins early in the programme, with students receiving support aimed at preparing them for recruitment processes as well as their longer-term careers.

Speaking about the placement results, Radhika Shrivastava, President and CEO, FIIB, said the institute’s focus remains on building outcomes backed by numbers and verifiable data.

“A 95%+ placement rate and 250+ participating recruiters reflect the strength of our PGDM curriculum and the trust employers place in FIIB graduates,” Shrivastava said.

The institute said it plans to continue strengthening its industry engagement and career-focused learning approach as demand for management graduates evolves.

For the 2026 graduating batch, the reported ₹9.5 LPA median salary, 95%+ placement rate and 250+ recruiter participation provide the key indicators of FIIB’s latest placement cycle.
