However, for candidates belonging to Kerala SC (KSC) and Kerala ST (KST) categories, the fee was reduced to Rs 700 for up to two test codes, reflecting the university’s efforts to make education more accessible.

The university has announced that option registration for the BTech and BLet programmes will commence on June 5, 2025. Candidates are required to submit their programme preferences and related details by June 20, 2025. This registration is a vital step in the admission journey, as it determines the allocation of seats based on candidates’ choices and ranks. The counselling process, which allows candidates to confirm their admissions and course selections, will be conducted in real-time for Integrated MCA and Integrated MSc programmes. This counselling session is scheduled to take place on June 12, 2025, providing students with an opportunity to clarify doubts and finalize their enrolment.

CUSAT’s CAT examination and the subsequent admission process continue to attract a vast number of students each year, owing to the university’s reputation for quality education in science, technology, and related fields. The rigorous selection procedure ensures that the most deserving candidates are given admission based on merit and performance.

As candidates move forward to the counselling and option registration phases, the university’s transparent and structured admission process promises to uphold fairness and meritocracy.

Candidates who have yet to check their results are urged to do so promptly and prepare for the upcoming counselling sessions. With deadlines fast approaching, staying informed and organized will be key to securing admission into the desired programmes at CUSAT.
