Keam 2025 Provisional Answer Key Released Online

Share

The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has published the provisional answer keys for the Kerala Engineering, Architecture, and Medical Entrance Examination (KEAM) 2025. The answer keys are now available on the official website, cee.kerala.gov.in. Candidates who wrote the entrance examinations can now download the answer keys, match them with their answers, and file objections if they notice discrepancies. The objection window will be open until May 3, 2025.

KEAM is a state-level entrance examination conducted every year for admission to UG courses of Engineering, Architecture, and some Medical-related fields in Kerala. Admissions into MBBS, BDS, and AYUSH courses are not included under KEAM since they are done through the national-level NEET test. The KEAM 2025 tests took place in a Computer-Based Test (CBT) format across numerous centers in Kerala and some locations outside the state, i.e., in prominent cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bengaluru, and even an international test center in Dubai. The engineering tests were conducted on April 23, 25, 26, 27, 28, and 29 this year, while the pharmacy test-takers appeared for the test on April 24 and April 29.

The CEE has released the provisional answer keys shift-wise and day-wise, for both Engineering and Pharmacy streams, separately. The candidates are recommended to download the answer key pertaining to the date and shift of their exam and check their responses. This helps them to make an estimate of their probable scores and also determine any possible discrepancies in the published key.

In case a candidate identifies an error or has genuine academic reasons to object to an answer in the provisional key, he/she can submit objections. The CEE has, however, prescribed a formal procedure for the same. Objections have to be written by the candidates on a plain white sheet of paper, clearly indicating the question number, the answer given in the provisional key, the proposed correct answer, and reasons for the same. Supporting documents like textbook references, quotes from academic sources, or other valid material should be attached as proof. The candidate should also put their name, roll number, and examination details to facilitate identification and processing of the objection.

After submitting objections, an expert committee designated by CEE will examine them. The final answer key will be created depending on their suggestions. The outcome for KEAM 2025 will be announced based on this final answer key in a manner that candidates are judged fairly and accurately.

According to the official announcement, the final marksheet of KEAM 2025 is likely to be issued by May 10, 2025. Following that, rank lists will be made available by June 10 that will be highly significant in the admission and counselling process. The rank lists identify eligibility for seats in government, aided, and private colleges in Kerala participating in the KEAM counselling process.

Students are requested to act quickly, as the window of objection will close on May 3. Prompt submission of objections in the right format and authentic evidence is essential. For all subsequent updates, students can check the official KEAM website on a regular basis. The open process prescribed by CEE is intended to ensure that all the candidates receive a fair assessment and any legitimate discrepancy in the answer key is corrected through legitimate academic review.

The announcement of the answer key is an important milestone in the KEAM 2025 admission process. With results and rank list dates announced now, candidates are finally reaching the end of their entrance journey. As ever, precision, care for detail, and staying updated will be the parameters for aspirants who want to get admitted into the best colleges under KEAM.
