Candidates who took the Common University Entrance Test (Undergraduate) 2025 have been anxiously awaiting their scorecards, which will be used to decide admissions to undergraduate courses at partner institutions around the country, including central and state institutions. NTA made a big change before the results were released by removing 27 questions from the ultimate answer key after thoroughly evaluating candidate and expert arguments. Hybrid format combining computer-based and pen-and-paper approaches was used for the CUET UG 2025 from May 15 to May 29. The exam among the largest entry tests in the nation with roughly 13. 48 lakh candidates this year. The scorecard will show the overall normalized ratings, percentile scores, and subject-wise grades. The normalizing strategy guarantees equality among all candidates by taking into account the different levels of complexity over shifts. Along with the results, NTA will release the list of toppers, the percentile cutoffs by subject, and the merit ranks. Universities will next use these scores to continue their admissions process. Achieving undergraduate entrance to these institutions now depends on a centralized CUET UG score. This year the CUET UG 2025 also experienced some logistical problems. Some applicants had to postpone their tests on certain days because of last-minute center alterations and technical problems. Furthermore postponed some exam centers were due to logistical problems and intense rains in some parts of northeast India.
