GGSIPU plans to conduct a Mega Job and Internship Mela where students will participate in an organized structure and receive opportunities. 

 

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University is about to arrange a Mega Job and Internship Mela in its Dwarka and Surajmal Vihar Campus. In this fest the students will get opportunities to participate and get jobs or internships in organizations which come to campus. 

The University Placement and Training Cell Officer Dr. Nisha Singh clarified that the fest is planned to be conducted after the end semester examination of all courses which are scheduled in May and June. 

The schools of campus and the 115 affiliated colleges will be able to participate in this fest. Until now, the placements were carried out in respective colleges but with this big mela GGSIPU will be able to bring all opportunities in one place. 

The Mega Job & Internship Mela was decided and discussed in detail in a meeting conducted in the main campus of the university in Dwarka. The meeting included many representatives of the schools of campus and Placement and Training Officers of the university.
