IP University is organising its 23rd annual cultural festival “ Anugoonj 24” at Dwarka campus staring from today.This three- day maga cultural conclave will be concluded on 10th February.

The well known politician, singer & actor Manoj Kumar Tiwari was chief guest at the inaugural function. Renowned Kathak dancer Shovana Narayan and actor Imran Zahid also graced the occasion.

According to Director- Directorate of Students’ Welfare of the University Prof. Manpreet Kaur Kang, apart from two campuses, thousands of students of 115 affiliated institutes are either participating or will be on audience
side for the festival.

Around fifty different musical & cultural programmes have planned in all three days of the festival. “ We are expecting 40 thousand students every day, expect last day of the live show of singing star Jubin Nautiyal where we are expecting around 70 thousand students, “ said Prof. Kang.

The VC of the Univetsity Padmashri Prof. Doctor Mahesh Verma said on the occasion that we are trying to organise this festival on grand level as this is the completion year of our silver jubilee year.
