IP University Opens PhD Admissions For Winter Session 2026-27

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (IP University) has started admissions to its Ph.D. programme for the winter session 2026-27.
The university has invited applications in disciplines including mass communication, biotechnology, information technology, computer science and engineering, computer applications, electronics and communication engineering, mechanical and automation engineering, design, mathematics, chemistry, physics, education, chemical technology, medical sciences, management, environmental science, law and legal studies, English, economics, and architecture and planning. Newer areas are also on the list, among them artificial intelligence (data science and machine learning), industrial internet of things (IIoT), and automation and robotics.
Candidates can apply online until 5.30 pm on 25 November 2026. The date for the Ph.D. Entrance Test (PET), to be conducted by the university, will be announced later. Research fellowships are available for eligible, full-time Ph.D. scholars.
