The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) has released the admit cards of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST) 2025 for Winter Bound session Class VI admissions. Candidates who have enrolled for the entrance test can now download the hall tickets from the official NVS portal, navodaya.gov.in. This is a significant milestone for thousands of candidates who are gearing up to get a seat in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs), which are known to offer quality education to deserving students, especially from rural backgrounds.

The JNVST 2025 entrance test for admission to Class VI will be held on April 12, 2025. The examination will be held in one shift from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM, and the students will have a duration of two hours to attempt the paper. Since the exam is competitive, parents and students are requested to prepare well in advance so that the examination process can go smoothly.

The test has a well-defined pattern for evaluating the mental ability, mathematical skills, and language skills of students. The test contains 80 objective-type questions, and a sum of 100 marks is assigned to the test. The question paper is separated into three parts, covering various facets of a student’s thinking and reasoning capabilities. The JNVST is famous for its tough examination pattern, hoping to choose the most deserving candidate for admission in Navodaya Vidyalayas, which are distributed in India’s different districts.

To be considered for this entrance examination, students should be presently studying in Class V in the same district where they want to get admitted to a Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya. Candidates should also fulfill the age requirement laid down by NVS. Their birth date should be between May 1, 2013, and July 31, 2015 (both dates inclusive). This stringent age eligibility criterion ensures that only students of the stipulated age group can avail themselves of the opportunity of appearing for the entrance examination.

Downloading the JNVST 2025 admit card is easy. Students and parents have to go to the official NVS website (navodaya.gov.in) and click on the respective link that takes them to the admit card download page. They have to enter their Registration Number and Date of Birth as given during the application process. After submitting the details properly, the admit card will be reflected on the screen. Students need to download and take a printout of the hall ticket since it is necessary to bring a printed copy to the exam center. Candidates without the admit card will not be allowed to appear for the test.

Students should practice revising major concepts, attempting sample papers, and effective time management as the exam date draws near. The JNVST being a very competitive exam, a planned preparation strategy can play an important role in performance. Parents and guardians must see to it that the children have a good study environment and are provided with the relevant study material.

It is also important that students know the examination rules. They should arrive early at the exam center on the day of the test in order to avoid any last-minute trouble. Keeping the admit card and a valid identification proof, if needed, is important in order to enter the examination hall.

The release of the JNVST 2025 admit card is the last step before the exam, one step closer for students to achieving their dream of getting admitted into a Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya. These institutions are known to offer good academic prospects and all-around development, which makes them a desired destination for most aspiring students.

For latest updates and precise information about the examination, students are requested to check the official NVS website on a regular basis. All changes or updates will be released on the site so that students remain updated.

With the admit cards downloadable now, the countdown for the JNVST 2025 exam has begun in earnest. The students should make the most of the time remaining, remain focused on studies, and enter the exam hall with confidence.
