The Bar Council of India recently has brought out the dates and time for AIBE 19 which is going to be taken on 24th November, 2024. It is open to the law students and practicing advocates with an easy procedure for filling up the online application by logging at barcouncilofindia.org till **October 25.”.
Recently, the Supreme Court of India has made the ruling to allow final-year law students to register for the AIBE 19 exam. This would enhance more aspiring advocates to continue with their legal careers, hence providing them with more chances of success as advocates.
Applications are accepted till 30th October 2024, for which may applicants committed some mistakes, and the same will be rectified. Admit card for examination will be issued on 18th November.
Eligibility Criteria for AIBE 19
Applicants need to have either a 3-year or 5-year law degree from the recognized Institution of BCI,
They should be an enrolled advocates in their respective State Bar Council.
- The number of attempts is unlimited, and candidates have as many attempts as they want until they clear the examination.

Step 3: Fill in the application form with personal information and educational background.
Step 4: Pay an application fee.

Pattern of AIBE 19 Examination
AIBE 19 is a Bar Exam conducted by Bar Council of India that is only aimed at maintaining the standard of lawyers and ensuring they can represent their clients in the best way possible.
AIBE 19 is an open-book exam wherein 100 multiple-choice questions have been devised on a wide range of topics such as Constitutional Law, Indian Penal Code, Family Law, Cyber Law, and Taxation, among others. The exam will take place across 50 cities with 140 centers, and Student convenience has been enhanced as a new exam center in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh
Passing Criteria For AIBE 19:
The categories need to score a minimum of 45% for general and OBC candidates, while SC, ST, and the disabled category obtain a pass mark of 40%.
