LPU Records 2,000 Placements Above ₹10 Lakh; Microsoft Offers Top Package of ₹60 Lakh

Lovely Professional University (LPU) has announced that more than 2,000 students secured annual job offers of ₹10 lakh or above during the 2025-26 placement season, with the highest domestic package touching ₹60 lakh from Microsoft India.

According to the university, the top 10 per cent of placed students recorded an average annual package of ₹14 lakh. More than 6,000 placement offers were made by recruiters across sectors, including Microsoft, Amazon, CRED, TCS, GoDaddy, Warner Bros., ServiceNow, Capgemini and Accenture.

Three B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering students, Ayush Kumar Joshi, Nitesh and Aditi Gupta, received offers of ₹60 lakh per annum from Microsoft India. Three other B.Tech CSE students secured ₹48.6 lakh annual packages from Amazon India, while eight students received offers worth ₹43.5 lakh per annum from CRED.

The university said an MBA student secured an annual package of ₹40.85 lakh, while two students from the Airlines and Tourism programme received offers of ₹37 lakh each.

LPU also highlighted international placements secured by its graduates. Yasir M. from the 2023 batch received an international offer worth ₹3 crore. From the 2025 batch, Sri Saravana Vishnu secured a ₹2.5 crore package, while Mohammad Furkan and Betireddy Naga Vamsi Reddy received international offers worth ₹1.06 crore and ₹1.03 crore, respectively, from an AI robotics company.

According to the university, students received offers from companies including Amazon, TCS, Bosch, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Bank of America, Flipkart, Cipla, LG Electronics, IndiGo, Dr Reddy’s and Zydus Healthcare across engineering, management, healthcare, agriculture and hospitality programmes.

Dr Ashok Kumar Mittal, Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) and Founder Chancellor of LPU, said the placements reflect the university’s focus on combining academic learning with industry-ready skills to prepare students for careers in India and abroad.

The university also announced that admissions for the 2026 academic session are open. Candidates seeking admission must qualify through LPUNEST 2026, along with interviews for selected programmes.
