SSC Revises Vacancies To 320 For Hindi Translator Exam

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has recently issued an updated list of vacancies for SSC Combined Hindi Translator Exam 2024. From the initial 312, it has increased to 320. It is a much-needed news for those aspirants who want to get a job in government Hindi translation services. There are opportunities under different departments and ministries as well.
As per the notice updated, candidates in the general category can look forward to joining in 320 positions, but only 177. Moreover, under Scheduled Castes, 46, Scheduled Tribe 24 positions are available while under Other Backward Classes position are 50, and as many as 23 under EWS. Altogether, it is part of the intention of the state government to uphold fair representation in central posts for all individuals from different communities.

Applicants must take a hard copy of this list and refer to it during the time of recruitment process.
The recruitment exam for the Combined Hindi Translator post was conducted on December 9, 2024 in the form of a computer-based test. The two core subjects that were tested included General Hindi and General English. General Hindi and General English are the primary subjects from which the entire premise of the translation task depends.
